General Guide to Terms & Conditions

All self catering Apartments
Important! Please read and familiarise yourself with these Terms & Conditions. They form a basis to contract between you and the Prorieter/Owner/s.

Terms and Conditions.

1. Your booking is with the Propietor.The deposit must accompany the signed Booking Form. The contract is binding only when the Propietor issues its written confirmation and account. The balance of the holiday price must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, or at the time of booking if within 8 weeks of departure.

2. A booking deposit of euros 350 must be paid when booking. On receiving full and complete payment the booking deposit will be treated as security/key deposit and returned to clients after the apartment is vacated as per the agreement, and keys returned to the company. For any client booking within 8 weeks of their departure date, payment must be made in full.

3. The full payment on our confirmation becomes due 6 weeks before departure, and we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if this condition is not met.

4. The rental period is from 3pm on the day of arrival, upto 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise stated on our website www.apartments4all.freeservers.com/ Any variation of these times is by prior arrangement only. Please leave the property, and all kitchen equipment, clean and tidy with the inventory complete. Should you fail to do so and extra cleaners are employed or items of the inventory replaced, the client will be held liable for all such costs incurred. The client understands and accepts this.

5. You are responsible for the keys whilst they are in your possession and for their safe return to the Propietor, or if required, the local agent. 6. In the event of a signed Booking Form not being submitted with the deposit, the deposit itself indicates acceptance of the above terms and conditions, which form a contract between you and the company.

7. Cancellation by the client. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the Propietor. If the client cancels his/her reservation, no refund of deposit monies will be made. If cancellation is made after the full balance has been paid, depending on the period of notice received by the company the following amount is payable by the client 4 - 6 weeks: 50% 0 - 4 weeks: 100% Al l bank charges are payable by the client.

8. Website Accuracy. All information contained on our website, www.apartments4all.com/ has been compiled from up to date details and we have taken care to ensure its accuracy. There may however be occasions when an advertised facility is either modified or unavailable. Such situations may be dictated by local circumstances, necessity for maintenance, local construction work, water shortages, adverse weather, fuel shortages, power cuts, and other circumstances beyond our control. If we are advised of this, we will of course inform you as soon as possible, but we cannot be held liable in such circumstances. It is important to remember that some facilities, perhaps such as beach restaurants, water sports, water parks, or swimming pools etc. may not operate at all times of the season.

9. Services and Resort Facilities. The Propietor neither owns nor operates any airline or car hire companies. The company cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage howsoever caused. The client understands and accepts this.

10. Occupancy. The property is booked for normal holiday use only. The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum occupancy as stated unless prior permission is given for a baby cot or similar. Pets/animals are not allowed except by prior consent of the owners. Please ensure that on vacating the property the accomodation is left as you found it, clean and tidy, removing all personal belongings, food, groceries, refuse/rubbish.

11. Inventory Deposits. It is normally acceptable that small items like crockery are replaced. serious or bigger damages must be reported and paid for. Clients will be served with intructions on use of the property/code of conduct which must be honoured by the client.

12. Conduct. All visitors are required to conduct themselves in a manner, which is acceptable to both the local management company, and to fellow visitors. Disruptive behaviour caused by loud music and/or late night/early morning rowdiness will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with this request will result in your being ejected from the property without notice. The client understands and accepts this.

13. Accommodation Availability. All accommodation offerred is subject to availability at the time of booking.

14. Cancellation by the company. In the unlikely event of the reservation being cancelled by the Propietor/Owner a refund of all monies paid by the client will be made. The Propietor/Owners accept no further liability in this regard. The client/s understands and accepts this.

15. Personal/Public Liability. Whilst the company takes every care in selecting all relevant parts of your holiday, the Propietor/Owners cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage howsoever caused. The client understands and accepts this.

16. General. The property is reserved only for those people named on the Booking Form. Extra persons are allowed only with the written permission.

17. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all their documentation is in order. Please check it carefully.
